1. Warranty Coverage

All V luggage suitcases sold within the United States and Canada are covered by a limited warranty for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. For customers outside the United States and Canada, a warranty period of seven (7) days from the date of purchase applies.

2. What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Damage to the polycarbonate hard shell or structural components
  • Defective wheels, handles, zippers, and hardware
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

3. What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:
